All items are insured in transit. Please contact us if you have any special requirements regarding shipping. In most cases we ship on the next 1 business day. The time in transition is 3-6 days. 

Items sold at the kinoptik.com store are eligible for 14 day inspection period from the date the item is received. If you are not satisfied with the product, ship it back and we will send you a replacement or refund, provided that the product is in the same condition as when it left us.
